Cranberry Relish

A great accompaniment to your holiday meals, Cranberry Relish is tasty with turkey or pork. This relish is gluten free and vegan, is great for breakfast, in a smoothie, or a not-so-sweet snack. It also freezes beautifully.

 

Cranberry Relish

12-16 ounces fresh cranberries
3 apples with peel
3 oranges, one with peel
½ lemon, peeled
1-1 ½ cups sugar, more or less, to taste

Grind fruit in a food processor or grinder. Stir fruit together. Mix in sugar. I recommend adding the sugar 1/2 cup at a time, tasting, then adding more. You may not need the full amount.
