Jill”s Egg Bake

What a great dish to wake up to!

8 slices of bread (I used wheat), cubed.
Top with 1 lb. browned bulk pork sausage
Top with 8 eggs scrambled with 1 1/2 cups whole milk
Finally, top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Let rest in fridge overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour the following morning.

There is an actual recipe somewhere but over the years I kind of ad lib it!!
