While we celebrated almost a month ago, just today, I stripped some sage that I dried.  It reminded me that I hadn’t posted these pics yet.    No matter the time of year, there’s always time for smelling and enjoying herbs.

And I have to say, we have the best tasting and most beautiful food.  Thanks again to Herbie Jan for hosting our holiday party.
