Winter is a time for aprons and smudging.  During the January meeting at the Arboretum, three members received their MN Herb Society aprons for their work in the Herb Gardens.  Congrats to Linda, Larry, and Deb. And member are enjoying their smudge sticks during these winter days.  Herbs from the garden wrapped in sage,  create a lovely scent, reminding us of the summer days to come.
