Kale Chips

What to do with an overabundance of kale? Make kale chips!

Simple to make and a healthful alternative to greasy, salty snack chips. From Carla J.

Kale Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and dry kale. Remove ribs and cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch pieces.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pile kale onto sheet, drizzle with olive oil. Add kosher or sea salt to taste (I used chipotle spice blend which is salt-free). Toss to coat.
Arrange kale in a single layer.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.

This pile of kale made four baking sheets.
