It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon for us to discuss Braiding Sweetgrass at the MN Landscape Arboretum.  We enjoyed discussing this beautifully written book outdoors and it’s always interesting to get other Herb lover’s perspectives.  Our books are all well used – well, with the exception of one.

The American Witch Hazel tree was fun to discover in the Arboretum Herb Gardens, as we read and discussed the Witch Hazel chapter, along with Maple Sugar Moon and A Mother’s Work.
