Shirley E. submitted this recipe, a perfect appetizer for upcoming holiday gatherings.
Hot Beef Dip
Beat together:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 Tbs. milk
Add:
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Mix in with a spoon:
¼ cup chopped red or green pepper
2 ½ oz. package dried beef, chopped
½ cup sour cream
Topping:
½ cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs. butter
½ tsp. salt
Put dip mix in a small ovenproof dish (7 -8 inches by 1 inch). Put on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
