While we didn’t sing “Rain Rain Go Away, Come Again Another Day”, we had a great time on Garden Cleanout, even in the midst of  the cool autumn drizzle.  With our raincoats on and hoods up, we got the majority of the Herb Gardens at the Arboretum cleaned out.  Bonus was that Jeanne got the elderberry bush out.  That girl LOVES to dig. And check out the magnificent Mexican Sunflower and the past bloom but still cool ‘Summer’s Swan Song’ Ironweed.
